Been looking at "affordable " apps for controlling my old Mavic Pro. I narrowed it down to 3 apps......DJI Maven, DJI GSPRO and Litchi. I really liked everything about GSPRO.....especially the fact that it was "Free". So I downloaded it, and come to find you have to pay ridiculous amount of money for things Litchi and Maven includes standard. Looks like I will need to continue checking Maven and Litchi. Lol

Why don't you use the DJI GO4 app that was made for it. You can download it directly from DJI and it works great. Litchi works great as well and is relatively cheap. Litchi is great if you want to do automated missions, but otherwise no real advantage over the GO4 app for general flying.

The one thing that impresses me every time with Litchi is the 'terrain follow' for waypoint surveys - the single huge advantage... but everyday use? you'd have to walk a farmyard mile to equal GO4 and I really doubt it will ever be bettered.

I'm looking at them for commercial use. I agree about terrain follow. The price of Maven and Litchi are both reasonable enough i just may get both and use the more appropriate one, depending on the circumstances.

You might want to look at Dronelink. I know some people like it but in my case I found that the simulated flight and the actual flight were not the same, and not in a good way. (On my Mavic 2 Pro)
