The bill increases the maximum fine for the second offense of flying a drone above critical infrastructure from $2,000 to $4,000.

Came across this while working in LA. Thoughts? Had to fill out fill out a form for the local PD to get the drone on the “white list”.

I guess it is a list of drones that they have entered in their database off of the submitted form.

Was told we had to fill out and submit the form. They have a drone detection system in the parish and will detect a drone flight. If it is not on the list, expect a visit from PD to inquire who and why you are flying.
