Tienie Gimbal not responding

My camera works fine but I don't have control over the gimbal to move it up or down
The gimbal dose not move when I turn it on ?

Did you try to recalibrate the gimbal yet?

I found the problem the power strip on the side is broken. I ordered a new one and should have it sorted out in a weeks time
