No, tilt shift is the effect I'm going for on the video. Supposed to make everything look miniature. Looking for feedback on the quality. That camera movement was me, it's exaggerated by the video being sped up.

Great - what software did you use to get the effect?

I used resolve 12.5 first to get a LUT added and then I used Power Director 15 for the tilt shift effect and other enhancements.

I would ease up a bit on the strength of the blurring. It does not take much for the effect to be apparent. I think that if it were toned down just a bit, then everything would still look miniature, but it may be less obvious as to why, which might make it more convincing.
