While I was living in Ireland, I visited every county on the island of Ireland and one of the lesser known is County Monaghan. I passed by very quickly and one of its sights is the Tin Church at the town of Laragh. This church is unique in its kind in Ireland and was built in the late 19th century because a Laragh local was in Switzerland for his honeymoon and decided to get a similar church built in his town.
