Transfer files from SD card without a computer

So, How do you move files from the SD card? (sd card to iphone photo's app, then back to another SD card?) is there a program/utiliity that allows you to do this?

I can dump to my laptop whenever I want to via usb/firewire. This just allows me to quickly make space on a card if needed. Actually bought this to dump deercam videos and photos so I could format the card and reinstall it while in the woods.
