When i transfer media from drone to phone, i can only see it on my phone and cant do anything else with it

What else are you trying to do with it?
Have you tried transferring it to a computer instead?

Record it to a microSD card in the MP and then transfer it to your computer.

I found the problem. I have the mavic set to store my pics in raw format. I have to get a program to convert from DNG to JPG
