Traveling to Mexico for wedding

Hey guys was wondering if anyone has taken their MavicPro to Mexico? I've heard numerous issues but was wanting to take mine down for my wedding to get great video and pictures. I don't want to have it confiscated or have to pay silly fees. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I hear its pretty easy. I'm going in August to playa de Carmen. I'm hope it good well. I've traveled. On a plane with mine before tsa had no problems I just tape up all battery connections and put each battery in it own bag.

Ok thanks for the reply, We are heading down next April for our wedding and I want to bring the Mavic with us.

I went to Cancun July 4th 2017 and had no problem going or coming back.
Fly was no problem, There is a lot of birds but they ignore the Mavic. Pelicans and some bird that look like predictors, I have a shot of one in my video.
