Tripod Option Continues to Disappear

I continue to have an issue with the Tripod icon. Yes I have the latest IOS on my iPhone 6 and latest GoApp. No Tripod icon option. If I delete the app, download again I can see the icon until I close and open the app again. I have two brand new iPhone 6's that I cracked the seal on and was able to repeat. Brand new phone, download latest IOS, install only the goapp. Same result. Launch the App first time after downloading from app store and I see and can use the tripod option. Re-start the app and its gone. I have to download the App again.

Should I just call support to report the issue?????

Are you checking this when you are airbourne?? I don't have an apple device to test with, but I am sure the tripod mode works only when you take off.
