I use a 1.3 second exposure time, with shot every 3 seconds. Playback is 25fps. To do that during the day, I use very heavy ND filters. The daytime shots (everything except the sunset segment) were done with an ND-1000 or ND-2000 filter.

Yes a frequent stop for me. When I go to Vegas, I usually get a load going to Portland or Seattle so I go up either 93 or sometimes 95 depending on circumstances.
