I don't believe the mobile device compass is used by DJI at all, so no worries there. The default setting is 'deselected' true north though. It's all about GPS: The onboard GPS receiver on the MA2 handles most operations. The GPS on your mobile device is used to reset the homepoint to the mobile device's location, once the MA2 is in flight. Reactions: dawgpilot
