Trying to access approval for flight

Having problems with Smart Controller in a controlled airspace. After answering DO YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR Self-Unlocking TO ACCESS THIS ZONE? Answering YES to the questions asked and receive an UNLOCKING SUCCESSFUL I am still receiving CANNOT TAKE OFF. Earlier this week I was able after answering this series of questions twice to get approval. Now today I'm not. And if you attempt to REPORT ERROR there is no way to type or enter characters in the "fill in box." Also receiving "Internet connection required to unlock. Use Advanced Unlocking to unlock preflight." Internet was operational and what is ADVANCED UNLOCKING.
