trying to verify SD card speed

I use a simple prog call H2Testw
The results is a new SD card

Warning: Only 61036 of 61037 MByte tested.
Test finished without errors.
You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
Writing speed: 23.8 MByte/s
Reading speed: 34.8 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4

Is that acceptable ?
I know its will be ok for a Mavic Pro even a U1 or (10) is fine but i got a deal on this
Maybe my old laptop's USB port to card reader is not upto the higher speed.

I have a strong believe its the USB port thats not able to read/write at U3 Speed
Will update shortly when test is complete on a newer laptop that has a built in SD card reader and the "Writing" so far its about 55MBytes/s

Here are the new results on a newer HP Workstation latop
