Segari Turtle Sanctuary is a turtle nursery and hatching center, that also serves as a visitor information center that educates the public on the conservation and protection of sea turtle. The Hatching Center releases between 2,500 and 3,500 turtle hatchling annually into the sea since 1990. It is a relatively modest turtle nursery and visitor information center. The facility is a hatching center and has 3 ponds for turtles: The newly born, the juvenile and the adult turtles are inside each ponds.

The hatchlings are released here on this beach. They instinctively return to the same beach they’re born to lay eggs.
