Hi, i am a begginer user and i want to start editing my mavic videos and i do not know where to start. Can you advice me some tutorial for premiere or da vinci, Windows user.

Have you tried looking at Lynda.com I find it great for learning tutorials. You maybe able to get a free trial. You can also search YouTube. I think premiere is very user friendly, have you tried blender?
