This is only half of the equation though. Bad guys have drones too, lots of them and they too know how to use them. Uncle Sam needs to work on defensive technology as well, both in the form of hunter/seeker drones and jamming/emp devices.

Ukraine has made it a national hobby. They also have produced some really good online DIY drone building educational programs.
