UAV Log Book

I was wondering whether anyone has any experience in producing a UAV log book? I've recently passed my PfCO in the UK and really need to start filling out a log book. I was thinking of perhaps using the basic templates that were provided on my PfCO course and having them printed into a hardback book. Has anyone done anything similar or have any thoughts?

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking I needed something that I could show the CAA at a later date to renew my PfCO or whatever it will be in the future.
