I agree with the concept, but as stated by many the result will be an ill thought government brain fart. I personally feel the way forward is to tax drones, enforce liability insurance on users

Tax drones ? Are you serious !
In the UK we have all paid a 20% tax on our drones already, and i imagine many others in Europe and other countries have paid similar amounts of tax on their drones
