UK: Temporary Reserved Area Maps

Hi, apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere but I couldn't find it if it has. I'm looking to get some video of a football stadium at night, obviously from a safe distance and outside the TRA. I'm struggling to find a trustworthy source that shows the area that the TRA covers. All I can find is the TRA for the venue but nothing that shows the extended perimeter around the venue?

Is there somewhere that would have that information?

Thanks for that. Unfortunately it doesn't show the area covered by a TRA, only the permanent flight restricted areas.

Drone Assist - Android device app - shows TFR's (Temporary Flight Restrictions: when they come into force and the duration of the restriction) as well as permanent NFZ's and warning zones. TFR's are marked in blue and when clicked on bring up a pop-up that shows the official NOTAM text. A blue zone without a NOTAM is an advisory only.
