No app, register on this site: NOTAM Info | Up to date NOTAMS plotted on a map, or delivered via RSS feeds and Email
choose your preferences/area and receive an e-mail with current NOTAM's.

We get a lot of TFR's right before the elections because the politicians need to close the airspace for showboat campaigns.

This is a really good question !! The FAA has said: "nothing will get you in more trouble faster than violating a TFR". "If a fire fighting aircraft is stood down because of a drone violating a TFR" This is the most serious violation and warrants civil penalty and or certificate action. sanction guidance to implement the objectives of FAA Compliance Oversight ... Authority to Take Certificate Action or Civil Penalty Action. I have been guilty in the past, of not checking notams before take-off. I'll bet I'm not the only one who's failed to preflight properly.

i have drone Assist,airmap ,and skywise ,and i also get Emails from skywise about upcoming airspace restrictions
