Ultimate wireless access (no laptop)

As the Mavic make us always think more compact, it's only natural to seek for some light set-up.

Having the possibility to avoid carrying a laptop is one thing to consider IMHO...

Therfore let's try to establish the most compact, convenient way to not only travel light but "live/work/share" our content on the go!

The points to consider :

-versatility in both OS (Android / IOS)
-files formats (RAW, MOV, MP4, JPG, xvid, mkv, avi, xls, doc, etc.)
-"future proofness" (usb3, UHS-2, etc.?)
-complete options (import files to phone or tablet to use in ANY apps)
-autonomy (mah)
-hardware (rpm/ssd, number+kind of slots)
-charging capacity (1A/2A)
-inside memory (internal drive/hub)
-something to add...?

Currently the options that seem chosen are:

Hub (both possible to DL to phone) :
-Kingstown MobileLite (best charge speed,..)
-Ravpower (best battery,...)

WIRELESS DRIVES (less future proof for sure...)
-Western digital /Pro (seems not practical for IOS...?)
-LaCie fuel (only streaming but no DL.?,...)
-...?

You can download RAW photos directly in the Go4 app on iOS. I do this often to my iPad/phone to edit them in the Lightroom app. Then I can share them straight away through the device which is great. I haven't tried this with videos as I don't do much videography.

But it's always good to be able to store and take back later... (ipad 16gb here, 10gb storage from start with no app installed... so you see how it can be troubling... I'm sure it's not the only situation when needed)
