Unable to Activate

Hi guys,
Forgive me in advance if I’ve posted this in the wrong place. I received my Refurb Mavic Pro a couple of days ago and I’m still unable to activate it. I’ve went through the set up process multiple times, proceeding in the suggested sequence. The remote seems to be connecting to the MP, but the DJI GO 4 app shows disconnected and there’s no video feed. I’ve read that it’s sometimes necessary to delete and reinstall the app, which I have done to no avail. I’m at a loss. Any help you guys can give me will be appreciated.

Try another usb cable, making sure it is a DATA cable, (not all cables are created equal), and not the tiny shorty thingy that came with the bird, and not a cheapie gas station/7-11 charging cable. Plug into the bottom of the controller, and then into your device.

Also, you can try another device.......

Thanks.. It’s working now. I plugged my iPad into it, it worked, so I tried my iPhone, it worked and it continues to do so.
