UNABLE TO DELETE FILES USING LAPTOP

Big mystery just popped up. Neither through my HP or MacBook Pro laptops can I delete files I don't need from the memory card plugged directly in. I can view the video & picture files just fine, but when I right click, I no longer have the delete option available. Any thoughts?

Check the card adaptor.

There's a small slider switch on the side that locks / unlocks the card from copying and editing.

Perhaps it got switched.

reformat the card in the bird thru your remote. If your pc is your issue, Im assuming youve rebooted your rig?

It was the small plastic slider switch on the side of the adaptor. I had completely forgotten about it. Thank you!
