Unable to link controller to new netgear router

My old router was a Cisco and my controller linked to it without a problem. Am currently trying to link so I can download an unlock for an area very close to an airport. I’ve updated firmware and downloaded unlocking licenses many times but this has me stumped. Anyone out there going through this? Thanks in advanice!

You will need to link your smart controller to the new netgear wireless network, it doesn't happen automatically and you'll need the network password to connect.

On the SC go to "settings/wifi" select the netgear network and enter the password.
