Unable to use portrait mode

My mavic is one of the first batches and maybe that's why it is so buggy. I can't go into portrait mode, the gimbal will completely trip out and get stuck.

Verified gimbal plate is in correct place, otherwise no image issues or vibration issues.

Anyone having same issue?

Can you post a video of it trying to goto portrait?

Portrait mode is only for still images.

I find even for still images, the horizon tilts horribly when I move the drone. The drone has to stay stationary for some time before the horizon returns to level by which time I have moved, chasing my target which is normally a sailing boat - ideal for portrait.
