Underwater, now *almost* flies again

I put my Mavic Mini into a creek, it was underwater for a few minutes. I dried it out for a few weeks, put a new battery in. It connects to the software, everything seems normal, until I try to take off. It tries to take off, all the propellers turn on, but then it always kind of scoots backwards and fails to take off. I replaced one propeller that was clearly wrecked in the original crash, the other ones look okay. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am new to drones, but could you have put the props on the wrong motors? I read a couple of posts where people have done that and the drone acted as you described.

Assuming you checked the placement of the props , you might check and replace the ESC board / Module as that is a very weak link on the Mini .

if that does not work you will most likely need a new main board. Lets hope its the Prop not on correctly
