Unexpected

I put new props on my MA, and found the sound level went down considerably. It seems every little nick or flaw in a set of props makes them emit more noise. Anyone else noticed this?

For sure! Nicks, cut, and cracks in the props can make the drone buzz, whine, and/or vibrate. It can also make the props unbalanced. A small investment goes a long way.

On my old boat, we would file down the props to take out the small dents and nicks. If a prop blade got cracked, I would replace it.
