Update? - Internal vs Official

Connecting to Mavic 2 Zoom with DJI Assistant 2 - there is an update labeled "Internal" and a current version labeled "Official". What does the "Internal" designation mean, please, and, is it worth taking a chance to update to it?

internal is probably a beta/ development version, I would just update to the official to be safe
