updating mavic pro with dji assistant wont work

Hi all,new to this forum but really cant understand it. ive downloaded dji assistant for mavic from dji website. plugged it all in to update firmware and check controller as new to flying ect. all im getting is not compatible. it sees my sd card but not the mavic. Then asks me to try another computer. im using windows 10 . tried 6 different usb to mavic cables. nothing works.

please if you have any pointers id be a happy flyer

Are you using DJI Assistant 2?

I was using the dj assistant 2 magic pro download which didn't work. I then downloaded the dj assistant 2 ( not mavic pro specific) all worked and updated.seems there is an issue with dji assistant 2 mac pro version with me .
