Use of Apps on Ipad

Hi, there are many apps that do not run on the Smart Controller, so here is my question. Can I connect my Ipad to the SC (M2P) and use the Ipad to do a mission with the M2P ?
Not only for third party app but also for GSPro of DJI itself.

No, you can not do that.
You need a regular RC and an iPad to run aforementioned apps.

that's somehow disappointing, since the SC is DJI. You'd expect to be able to run their own apps on the SC.

the SC is android not IOs so only android apps will work ,but most of the DJI apps have versions for both systems

As I said GS Pro is a DJI App that only works on an IPad apparently. You'd expect it to run on a M2P in combination with the SC.
