Using drones in Belgium

Hello,
I am wanting to get a drone to up my game in videoshooting. I was planning on the Phantom 3, but I live in Belgium, and I believe I can only fly a drone 1kg...can you all confirm that the mavric air is under 1kg? Also, does anyone know the current rules for recreational drone flying in Belgium. Thanks!
