Using iPad

I purchased an iPad holder for my Mavic pro. I have to use the usb connection on the control for this hookup. It will not work. I use the same cable as I use on my phantom 4 pro and also my charging cable that I use for charging my iPad. Both cables work fine but will not work on my Mavic controller any ideas. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tryed to disconnect the micro-usb on the left side of the RC? If you connect a standard USB on the bottom and have the micro-USB at the same time it won’t work.
