I want to fly legally in Utah state parks but don’t have the needed information shown on this form. Certificate number etc. Would I obtain this through registration even though I have a MM? Thanks in advance.

I wonder what they expect between remote pilot number and UAS number.

If you're claiming registration exemption, I would put down "NA (under 250g)"
But hobbyist UAS registration is only $5 and good for 3 years.

By requiring you to have a Remote Pilot Certificate # this means you have to be operating under Part 107 (which is RPIC). This would also mean your MM would be required to be registered under the Commercial side of the portal.

So I’d have to register as commercial even if I intend to fly recreationally? Thanks for the help.

Their requirement for your RPIC# takes any "recreational" aspect out of the equation.

Go ahead and register commercially and you'll not have to give it a 2nd thought going forward.
