Video after transferring

I have put several videos on my laptop from my M2P, but after the transfer from the SD Card, the video seems a little choppy, not playing as smooth as it did when I watched it on my phone. Has anyone had issues like this, or can give me some insight?
 
Never had that issue. Have you had trouble with other 4K video playback on your laptop?
