Video File Size

Is there a file size limit to videos? I flew out yesterday and had kept the video recording for the entire flight (8m 20s) but after copying the files onto my computer I noticed the video had been split around 4 minutes or so. Not a big deal, since I can just use software to join them, but just wanted to find out if that was normal. Using a Samsung Evo high speed MicroSD card.

Yes, video size is limited. To about 4GB. Then another file begins. Standard operation of the system that you can’t change.

Videos will always be split right around 4 GB. There is no way to exceed that file size.
