Video formats

Currently im set to .MP4 which seems to be a headache for my DJIgo4 app and the samsung video
player... But it wasn't a problem when the video file extension wasn't capitalized.
I've spoken to other pilots and they record RAW but I didnt that as an option for the MP
could some direct me? thanks in advance.

RAW is a still image format. It's not a video format.

MP4 is the best format for you to use, but the problem you are seeing is an issue with Samsung.

You might try downloading the VLC app. Or using a computer.

yes I do use the VLC app to play the videos no problem ......But the djiGo4 wont edit and my video editor dont recognize them anymore or it says media not supported

Yep. It's a Samsung issue.
