Video issues

I recently recorded my first video on my mm. I downloaded it to my computer to edit. After the latest update I tried to edit it in the fly app. It says there is no file on the card but when I put the card in my computer it plays fine. Any ideas?

have you got cache to device enabled in settings if it it disabled then no data is stored on it also it could be that the memory in your device is full so its unable to store any more info

i have one 8 minute video on a 32gb card. if i put the card in my computer it plays fine. when i put it back in the mm, dji fly says there's nothing on the card.
