Video not readable on SD card

Hi, me and my friend both bought Mavic minis a couple of weeks ago. Mine works fine but my friends, whenever he records a long video, the video is not readable. I put the SD card in my computer, and it looks like the file is all there, size wise, but when I try to play it I get an error and it won't play. I tried putting my sd card in his mini, and the same thing happened. The funny thing is that we did a ground test, and his was able to record a short 1 minute video fine on the ground, but it won't work when flying and recording long videos. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Others have seen this in the past when they've powered off the drone too quickly. It's often resolved by sticking the memory card back in the drone and powering it up for a short while.
