The video quality pure settings wise is the same no matter if you fly in Sport or in another mode ... but, if you fly fast close up to objects the faster speed will create more motion blur for the same exposure setting. If even objects on a far distance is more blurry it can be due to that more vibrations is created when pushing the motors in Sport... shouldn't but if it's more vibrations (due to notchy motors or worn props) the extra vibrations can go past the gimbal & show up in the vid either as pure vibration blurriness or full blown "jello". This with "jello" happens easier on faster shutter speeds, so if you film in sunny bright conditions on auto setting it will be worse.
