Video truncated

After I shoot video, I open it up on my computer to watch and it appears that only a portion of my video iss there. The first part is missing. What would cause that? It is like it didnt start videoing as soon as I hit the button.

Are you ensuring the timer starts on GO4 after you hit the button to start filming?

I didn't notice the timer but I will check that tomorrow. I was wondering about my micro sd card. I am using a sandisk Ultra 64 instead of a Extreme, which is apparently faster. Could that result in this type of problem?

That very well might be part of the issue- you should use the Extreme and see if that fixes it since that is what is specified.
