I'm a new Mavic owner, video is not working as it should, any ideas to correct the problem or help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the gimbal and it looks like the mount is correct.
This also continues after the motors are stopped

Three things to check.
1) Your video is just from the phone/ tablet and not from the SD card in the MP. The phone recording is lower quality.
2) What SD card is in the MP.
3) Have you looked at the video from the actual SD from the MP.

can you see the gimbal physically shaking when the drone is just sitting on the ground or when it's on (motors off) and you just move it around? It looks like the gimbal might be faulty... I would also check your props for damage but the gimbal keeps shaking at the end of the video when the motors have already turned off so I don't think that's the cause..
