Video won't play on phone after downloading

So I was recording at 1080p 30fps and the video will download to my galaxy s6 but it will not play

Ah!! Nice to see that I'm not the only one who can not view any video filmed using either a Mavic pro (or Phantom 4) on either my phone or a tablet.

The videos work OK on my PC but when the files are loaded to any of my tablets using a sim card - nothing. Bah!!

However, the files that downloaded from my Mavic during flight do seem to play OK.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You can also try VLC player it has a pretty good track record of playing some problem files

I have the same issue cant play my video after downloading it dji air2s... is it an app issue or what...? Please assist
