Video writing in black

Hi all, so I've never had this issue before. I'm using the DJI go 4 ap v4.3.4 (4244) Connected to an iPhone 5. When I film, I can see the image clearly. The record icon is counting and my footage is there. The problem is when I review it be that on my phone or with the memory card connected to a computer, it's just black video. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions? I''m going to test with a fresh card and post again.

It sounds like your computer cannot display the video. Either the resolution is too high (4K) or wrong format (MP4 for PC, MOV for Apple). If this problem is new a Go 4 update may have changed a setting or two.

Sadly the video is also black when I review it through the drone as well. Also a first.
