When I go to calibrate my pro platinum vision sensors I get no red reference markers on screen to calibrate with ???

I had the same problem with the M2P using my 27" iMAC but saw a video that said it only works with a low res monitor. So I used my old apple laptop (2007 & older IOS also) and it worked OK. It was very slow, I got big lags but eventually got the hang of it with some patience and I completed the recalibration successfully and the warning went away in the Go4 app.
