Thank you, unfortunately the whole infrastructure is abandoned almost 90% of lifts are decommissioned - such a great sky resort waisted and only 15 km from the capital

Is the economy that bad or some other reason for the shut down? There doesn't even seem to be any sheep grazing those hills.

Those hills are >2000 meters high Economy is fine (thou some claim Bulgaria is poorest in EU?) But "greens" are stoping all renovations authorities do not care ... and all in all from more than 15 lifts there 2 or 3 in working condition but not always operational

Nice flying! So typically, how much snow does that area receive? Enough for a nice long ski season or often crappy snow seasons?

Usually snow is good and on top of it 2 million city is 15 minutes away
