VLM V 2.3.0

When I try to install V 2.3.0 I get an error message " the installation package is not compatible with the processor".
My computer is a Dell Optiplex 280 running Windows 10 Pro.

The error appears if the Operating System is 32-bit. ... VLM is developed for 64-bit.
