VPS Calibration

Hi my VPS calibration keeps freezing on the screen below, any advice?

I tried all the tricks mentioned in several posts on a couple of sites using my desktop PC with 4K monitors without success. Got out an older laptop and it took the first time.

I can not see your picture when i open it. Is it hung on the step where the dots are suppose to appear on the screen for calibration?
There is a unsigned driver protection on windows 8 and 10 that you need to disable, if you are running the program on windows 8 or 10. Once you do that uninstall the assistant2 program, i take it that is what you are trying to run. Then reinstall it and if you get a screen that says install unsigned drivers, type yes dji does not sign their drivers. Once you do this it will install the drivers and you should be able to see the calibration dots when you run the assistant program.
