DJI should still honor the warranty if the part you're claiming was not damaged in the process of replacing that cable and/or was not damaged as a result of replacing that cable. See the DJI Warranty for more details.

Was the video working before you changed the gimbal ribbon cable? If so, you might have damaged the silver video cable.
Unless you have DJI Refresh, DJI might not cover your drone under warranty now that you have opened it. You can take it apart again and check your silver video cable for damage.
If there are signs of you being inside the drone and messing with it, your warranty is not going to cover it. If you have DJI Refresh, you can use that and suck up to the fact that you were messing with things.
