There would be no way to tell really unless you flew exactly the same way every flight in the same weather in the same mode. Do you want to know how long it will last in flight?
The batteries capacity is written on the label?

My rough calculation suggests 28.4 watt hours.
But to get an accurate number, all DJI Batteries all have their capacity in watt hours printed on the label.

No .. it's a measure of how much energy is stored in a fully charged battery.
In the case of the battery discussed here, it could supply 1 watt for 28 hours or 28 watts for one hour.

It's a simple calculation. Output voltage × Ah capacity.

To account for voltage drop during discharge, a formula often used is 3.8V × cell count × Ah capacity.

You are correct that in actual use the power draw varies, but this just turns it into a calculus problem (the area under the time-current curve times voltage), and measuring this from full battery to empty will be in the ballpark of the capacity calculations above.

You can actually measure it. They make some inexpensive devices to measure the battery capacity in MAH (milliamp hour). You would need something of a load resistor for the battery.. check Amazon and EBay.
