What is the best method to ensure accuracy of a waypoint mission? How accurate can I expect it to be? If I create a flight path near a tree or above a row of bushes can I expect the drone to fly the same height or distance from these objects each time? I recently did a job where I shot video of a building for an architect using waypoints. I flew the same mission at different times of day. In editing I'm seeing that the footage does not line up exactly. I want to fade from one time of day to another and it's close but not exact. Suggestions?

You need an Enterprise drone with RTK for precise cm level positioning for what you are trying to do. You can attempt to line up the footage in post and usually then have to zoom in since you are moving the image around.

Even when I do this using RTK, there is still a slight shift in the overlaying videos sometimes.

Without RTK the GPS on prosumer drones can be measured in meters or feet so different videos from different days can sometimes be off by a bit with what you are doing.

Edit the videos in post. Zoom in and then adjust the videos. I use Resolve and it works pretty good.
